Disabled Passengers
Wheelchair Assistance

Airlines will provide wheelchairs to passengers from curbside to boarding as requested. Individuals needing assistance at curbside may have a companion alert the airline at the check-in counter or request assistance from a Sheriff’s Deputy or Traffic Assistant.
Aira Services for Visually Impaired

PIE has an account with a pool of minutes for visually impaired guests to access an Aira agent and provide audio guidance to navigate through the airport. Guests can sign up at AIRA.IO.
TSA Screening Assistance

Passenger Support Specialists are available. Ask for a TSA Supervisor at TSA Check-in or call in advance at 855-898-2227.
