Airport WiFi

Kids Play Zone in Gates 7-11 AND 2-6

In Gates 7-11, the kids will enjoy being the pilot with aerial videos and building airplanes and more in our Air Traffic Control Tower. Learn about flight and its history in this play zone designed in partnership with Great Explorations Children’s Museum.

In Gates 2-6, explore travel destinations and learn more about their environment, wildlife, and culture in video selections.

“Bark Parks”

Pet Relief Areas for guests with dogs in our parking lot adjacent to Short-term Parking on eastside and to Rental Car Parking Lot on westside. Enjoy the outdoors in a fenced artificial anti-microbial turf park. Parks have benches, hydration stations, trash receptacles and dog waste bags, and are drained and cleaned regularly.

PIE PUPS (Pets Uplifting People) Airport Therapy Dogs

Enjoy relaxing time enjoying our volunteer therapy dogs and their humans. All Therapy Dogs are screened and trained through Project PUP.

Privacy Room

Privacy Room for Moms Nursing/Pumping or Special Needs Passengers - Mamava pods located in Gates 2-6 and 7-11. Rooms may be accessed by downloading the “Mamava” app or calling the number posted on the door for an access code.

Visitor Information Booth and Volunteer Ambassadors

Located in Bag Claim, our friendly Volunteer Airport Ambassadors are at your service with tips, Visitor Guides and area information on St. Pete-Clearwater-Tampa Bay area and Pinellas County’s award-winning beaches and popular tourist attractions.

Foreign & American Sign Language Translation Services

From Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, in the Airport Reception Office translation services are available. Foreign Language Assistance is available at the Visitor Info Booth in Baggage Claim when staffed or locate an Airport Operations Supervisor for assistance.

Currency Services

ATM located in concourse outside Ticketing A and the west end of Baggage Claim. International travelers can learn about the services and locations of the FLORIDA CURRENCY EXCHANGE.

Visit Exchange

Refillable Water Bottle Stations

Located in the Passenger Hold Rooms, filtered water fountains to refill your water bottle are available. A water fountain is also located in Baggage Claim.

Public Art & Exhibits

PIE is home to a vibrant collection of renowned Florida artists as well as a 45-foot blown and painted glass at our main entrance. Enjoy works in glass, wood, metals, ceramics, mixed media, and paintings throughout the terminal. Temporary exhibits by featured artists will also be on display in partnership with the Morean Art Center of St. Petersburg.

Historical exhibits at PIE include the Benoist aircraft handing in Bag Claim, a replica of the aircraft from the historic first commercial flight by Tony Jannus in 1914 here in Tampa Bay. Also, on display, General Howard Exhibit, the last commander of Pinellas Army Airfield built in 1941 as a WWII military training base before becoming PIE.

Artists featured at the airport include Guy Kemper, Duncan McClellan, Elle Leonard, Adam Goodman, John Briggs, Kevin Grass, Mary Klein, Kelly Taaffe Noto, Greg Jones, Larry Hasiak, Laurance Miller, Misao Adachi, Robert Schott, Susan Rollins Gehring, Voshardt/Humphrey, Kerri Silvernell, Celeste Simon, Laura Pieper, Melissa Miller Nece, Margaret Steward, Charles Gatewood, June Harben, Lloyd Jones, Lindsay McCoy, Charles Parkhill, and Catherine Woods.

The airport is proud to host this collection of Florida artists and hopes you have the opportunity to enjoy them in person.
